Dog Control / Containment in Public Areas:

• Guests should have control of their dog at all times. Dogs are not allowed in restaurants and swimming area.
• Dog in Room Sign: Please place the Dog in Room sign on the outside of your door whenever your dog is in your room.
• Housekeeping: For the safety and comfort of your dog. Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your dog is not present, or (b) you are present and can monitor your dog, or (c) your dog is caged.
• Kindly note: The hotel is not liable for any dangerous or unacceptable behavior displayed by a dog and the guest will be liable to indemnify any third party for the injury and/or damage and/or loss caused by their dog.
• We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior – Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of their dog, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.
• Damage to Guest Rooms and Common Areas: ‘Owners are responsible for the settlement of any damage caused by my dog’”
