GREEK GRAPE PROFILE | WHITE
ASSYRTIKO
Probably the finest greek white grape variety, producing wines with a crystalline purity and steely austerity; Powerful with dense yet refined texture, reminiscing on fine wines like chablis grand cru or mosel riesling.
MOSCHOFILERO
This pink-skinned variety produces elegant wines. Surprisingly fresh, highly aromatic with crisp acidity and light body. It is extremely enjoyable even of its own as aperitif.
MALAGOUZIA
A truly distinctive variety with intense, highly expressive nose loaded with primary fruit aromas and green spices. Powerful, round and voluptuous it has become one of greece’s most important indigenous varietals.
MOSCHATO SPINAS
An an extremely rare indigenous wine variety. The colour is soft yellow with green hints.Is distinguished from its plentiful varietal and blooming character of white flowers, soft and fresh rose petals, jasmine and violet.
VILANA
It is one of crete’s most important white varieties with Floral aromatic profile displaying high levels of spicy and ripe fruity flavors. Refreshing on the palate with an appetizing fruity finish.
VIDIANO
Crete’s “en vogue” varietal. This up and coming white variety is giving wines with aromatic intensity, playful complexity and broad structure on the palate. A genuine cretan wine expression.

AGIORGITIKO
A red variety difficult to dislike. Its nose is full of forward plumy fruit and sweet spices. Gentle, rich and fleshy on the palate with fine-grained tannins.
LIATIKO
