One-Night-Only Gastronomic Journeys

This season we will welcome globally acclaimed, award-winning guest chefs from across Europe, taking over the fine dining La Bouillabaisse kitchen for a series of starlit gastronomic journeys by the water’s edge.

Bespoke set menus will be presented exclusively at La Bouillabaisse, created in collaboration with each guest chef and our very own culinary team, including resident award-winning chefs Poppy Kourkoutaki and Stathis Pantemarakis.

These one-night-only experiences celebrate contemporary fine dining through diverse culinary perspectives, connecting international gastronomy with the spirit of Crete, the identity of Minos Beach Art Hotel, and the refined seaside setting of La Bouillabaisse.
